Recruiting Sourcing Specialist
The primary role of the Recruiting Sourcing Specialist is to initiate contact with candidates to determine their initial receptivity and suitability for various positions for which Jeff Harris and Associates may be engaged to recruit. The Recruiting Sourcing Specialist will complete a 4-Point Candidate Profile on those candidates appropriate for specific positions and shall schedule further conversation with the managing recruiter assigned to the executive search.

Business Development Specialist
The primary role of the Business Development Specialist is to initiate contact with new prospective clients, determine their initial receptivity and suitability to engage a recruiter for a particular hiring need. The Business Development Specialist will complete a 4-Point Job Order for those prospective clients which he or she deems to have an appropriate search assignment and shall schedule further conversation with the managing recruiter who has been assigned to complete the business development process with the Business Development Specialist.

Recruiting Manager
A Recruiting Manager is a Recruiting Sourcing Specialist who has developed full proficiency in the initial sourcing of candidates. They are also capable of fully qualifying candidates for existing search assignments and preparing them for presentation to client employers on existing search assignments. In addition, Recruiting Managers shall interface with clients as directed to facilitate the interview process and may engage in business development activities similar to those referenced for a Business Development Specialist.

Recruiting Director
Recruiting Directors are Recruiting Managers who have developed full proficiency in all aspects of the management role. They shall also market to new clients within or outside the defined niche, and facilitate the placement process. Recruiting Directors shall interface with clients as directed by their Practice Leader and may facilitate candidate submission, candidate debriefs, references and other aspects of the placement process. Recruiting Directors may also develop others within the team.

Search Consultant
Search Consultants are responsible for running the entire life cycle of a niche desk. They recruit candidates for existing search assignments, market to new clients within or outside the defined niche, and facilitate the placement process. Search Consultants are Recruiting Directors that have demonstrated proficiency in client development and recruiting, and who have produced consistent results independent of excessive management oversight and involvement. Search Consultants may either continue to operate as a part of a Practice Leader’s recruiting team, or they may operate as a solo recruiter within the Practice Leader’s business unit.

Senior Search Consultant
Senior Search Consultants are experienced recruiters with an existing book of business, running the entire life cycle of a niche desk, who are no longer active members of a Practice Leader’s recruiting team, though they may continue to be a part of that Practice Leader’s business unit. Senior Search Consultants are Search Consultants that have demonstrated a proven ability to generate consistently high gross revenues while developing long-term client relationships.

Practice Leader
Practice Leaders are Senior Search Consultants who develop and manage their own teams within one or more verticals or niches. Practice Leaders maintain responsibility for the profit and loss of their entire business unit and are responsible for leading the recruiting efforts of their entire team. In addition, Practice Leaders are responsible for hiring, developing and managing the team members in their business unit. The role of the Practice Leader is to provide leadership while creating a high volume of business that enables Jeff Harris and Associates to grow in a manner consistent with corporate objectives.
