Candace Sharpe is an Executive Recruiter who specializes in the senior living industry at Jeff Harris and Associates.

Prior to joining the team at JHA, Candace worked as a Division Director in the staffing industry for 3 years, overseeing a team of recruiters in multiple verticals. Her prior experience also includes a strong background in project management, product development, and graphic design.

Candace grew up in North Carolina and spent 4 years living in Arizona before coming back to NC in 2023. She enjoys spending time with her daughter Alyssa, their 2 dogs, and new kitten. She is a huge football fan and loves to spend time traveling, especially to Sedona, AZ, or anywhere near the water.
