Donna Kidd is an Executive Recruiter who specializes in the senior living industry at Jeff Harris and Associates.

Donna has her bachelor’s degree from Mount Saint Mary’s in Business Administration. Prior to joining the team at JHA, Donna worked at Active Minerals International where she spent ten years in senior leadership roles starting in Logistics and Customer Service and working her way to Vice President of Sales. Donna’s prior experience was at Solo Cup Company where she spent 17 years in logistics and supply chain management roles.

Donna recently moved to Sarasota, FL with her Fiancé Steve, and their mini labradoodle, where she enjoys the beach, fishing, boating, and exercise year-round.
