Priority Search
Jeff Harris & Associates believes in the value of collaboration. Our focus on integrity, results, and mutual trust makes us a top-tier talent network that is unavailable through traditional recruiters. 94% of our current searches are for repeat clients; this speaks volumes about our quality of work. Our unique recruiting approach is founded on the notion that knowing and understanding our clients is the cornerstone for successful searches. Once our clients discover and agree to participate in our contingency search process, a partnership develops as we work to achieve common goals.
We are able to unearth people who would not otherwise be available due to our deep understanding of the business and our commitment to developing the careers of strong candidates. Jeff Harris and Associates has successfully recruited top leaders in a range of disciplines using a countrywide database of nearly 50,000 individuals specializing in senior housing and health care.

Basic Contingency Search
Contingency search is an option recommended when the client will assume responsibility for a majority of the screening and vetting process, and when an employer anticipates interviewing candidates from multiple sources and/or when the hiring needs are less urgent.
- 30-day guarantee
- No fee due unless a candidate is hired
After investing extensive time and resources to understand our clients’ needs, we partner with them every step of the way from creating search materials, developing a search strategy, placing ads, and qualifying candidates through an extensive assessment process.
To engage us in a Priority search, clients pay a nominal refundable engagement fee per search. This payment guarantees that we will present our client with three qualified candidates within 15 business days, and we will provide a 90 day replacement guarantee.
