In today’s challenging business climate, making the right executive-level hire is critical to an organization’s success. With the stakes so high, it makes sense to employ the maximum resources to utilize in-depth research, private networking, exhaustive screening and a methodically thought-out selection process to achieve a successful outcome.
Retained search is used when a client wants the recruiting firm to manage the entire search process. After investing extensive time and resources to understand our clients’ needs, we partner with them every step of the way from creating all underlying search materials, developing a comprehensive search strategy, placing ads, sourcing candidates through direct targeted efforts, and qualifying them through an extensive interview and assessment process.
The candidate field is screened and narrowed down to a minimum of 3 qualified applicants, each of whom has been fully vetted and evaluated on multiple fronts by the recruiting firm, including multiple interviews, screening assessments, full background checks and references. We then work with the client to develop and negotiate an appropriate offer and offer transition coaching and assistance.
National Retained Search Firm
When engaging in retained search, our recruiting firm assumes responsibility for implementing its own screening process as well as that of the hiring company, as agreed upon at the time of engagement. The retained search carries a full one-year prorated replacement guarantee.
