Trace Tilley is an Executive Recruiter who specializes in Senior Living at Jeff Harris and Associates.

Born and raised in Winston-Salem, NC, Trace has a deep connection to the state, having also lived in Charlotte, Wilmington, Asheville, and Raleigh before returning to his hometown. Trace attended UNC Charlotte, where he studied Business. Trace brings a competitive edge to his work, shaped by his years as a high school wrestler.

Outside the office, he enjoys snowboarding, golfing, and staying active. Trace’s outgoing nature and genuine passion for helping others are what drew him to recruiting—and what continues to drive his success in the field.
