Kyley Bauers is an Executive Recruiter specializing in Senior Living at Jeff Harris & Associates.

With just over a year of full-cycle recruiting experience, she previously managed a 360 desk at Goodwin Recruiting, where she developed strong expertise in client partnership and strategic talent placement. Kyley is passionate about helping candidates and clients build their dream teams by aligning leadership talent with organizational culture and long-term goals. She holds an Associate’s degree in Human Resources from Minnesota State Community and Technical College and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at University of Mary.

Kyley is originally from a small Minnesota town, but now residing in Fargo, ND. In her free time, Kyley enjoys watching reality TV, coloring, and creating memories with her husband and 2 children.
