Caroline is an Executive Recruiter who specializes in senior living at Jeff Harris & Associates.

Caroline has two years of recruiting experience and is passionate about partnering with both clients and candidates to support meaningful, long‑term placements. Caroline graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Prior to joining JHA, she worked in skilled trades and manufacturing staffing, where she built a strong foundation in fast‑paced, relationship‑driven recruiting.

Caroline lives in Charleston, South Carolina, where she enjoys spending time at the beach, tending to her garden and exploring the many great restaurants Charleston has to offer.
